Shipping Rates
To offer you as much service as possible we use TNT Post for shipping and handling. Our shipping rates for addresses in the Netherlands are €1,95 and €4,95 for the rest of Europe, regardless of the number of articles. We will ship your order within 3 to 6 working days after we've received your payment and if the article is in stock. International shipments may take 2 to 3 working days longer. We ship to: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, The Nteherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Switserland and Italy.
If delivery exceeds 30 days you have the right to cancel the order without a reason.

Orders payed with iDeal or Giropay will be proccesed directly.

Within 7 days of the purchase you may return the article(s) with the original packaging and invoice or receipt. When we have received the article(s) in good order we will transfer the amount back to your bankaccount.
Loss or damage during shipping and handling
In case your order has been damaged or lost by TNT, Buffshop.nl will always start an investigation. If the loss or damage falls under the terms and conditions of the TNT guarantee policy, we will resend your order free of charge. If there is no clear cause for the loss or damage we will resend your order and charge you with the postage. In addition, we will always charge €3,50 for the investigation.
